We approach each project, whether it is design-consulting or design-build, with a full project/cost assessment as we want the client to review our workscope responsibilities, our methods and process and the have real costs to final project completion. With this review, contract complications and interpretations and change orders are kept to a minimum.

During this process, we also integrate client resource capability so we are not providing and billing for services that can be provided by client staff personnel.

Communication is very important so we organize each project with a timeline and tracking system with critical decision dates, section completion dates and major review meetings to keep the project on time and within budget.

We also document the evolution of the project from its inception and provide a master project information manual for all completed and phased systems.

All our experience works for the client and while our contract services may not entail all of which we are capable, our experience to provide the correct solutions is based on our extensive experience in Design/Build.
