Performance is not only in the design and technical capability. Prior to commencing a project, we establish a timeline with bell weather references for keeping the project on time. This also includes client access on a special web site, written updates to stakeholders and in-person project reviews. The time line is predicated on the workscope review that takes place at the beginning of the project. With that review, our staff has the capability to make adjustments during the course of the project in order to bring it to completion on time.

Timelines are most often affected by
The degree of “co-production” and the scheduling of the relevant community resources to those tasks.
The complexity of the local review and approval processes.
Change orders to the program.
The number and complexity of custom elements.
The overall response time between Contractor and Client to maintain progress steps in project.

In our planning process, we look to identify and address prospective issues and find solutions quickly so that the project will have little or no delay.

Costs and Budget
Our capability to ascertain the correct budget requirements begins with both our history of experience in similar projects and in the review of our workscope phases with the client. In this review we make decisions on actual deliverables and division of responsibilities. We also establish parameters for cooperation and project completion dates. From this, cost savings are established. We know that all projects do not run smoothly and that there are changes made along the way. It is our intent, to minimize these changes and keep the project on or below budget.
